"The Dark Knight" is better the 2nd time. That's not to say it wasn't great the first time. But now, with the initial WOO out of the way, I've come to discover how well the movie was pieced together. It seemed too long and all " and then this happened " when I first saw it uhh.. 3 weeks ago... or was it 4? Who cares? No one reads this anyway. * sobs * ;-)

Lotsa nigh-perfect movies this year:( or do I use a " ; " ? ): Horton, Batman, Wall-e and the X-Files. ( Yes! The X-Files was that good ). I guess Iron Man goes here too... The Hulk was pretty good too. The other stuff I've seen thus far was good too though.

The X-Files
Saw the X-Files movie today. If you like the series, the movie is like 4 stars. It was more satisfying than " The Dark Knight " for me, although, ya can't really compare the 2 at all. With " The Dark Knight ", it left you wanting more Joker, with X-Files, it left you or rather, me, feeling like I had a good meal... the kind of meal you just look at... if there is such a monster. I'm hoping they do a few more movies like this one. Although, I had to avert my eyes because there were a few " surgery " scenes and, although mild, I don't like looking at that stuff... and not just cuz it's icky. :-)

Hancock
Saw " Hancock ". It was pretty good. Not what I expected but I think that may be a good thing... it's somewhat original. Definitely worth the $5... particularly cuz I got to see it on one of the gigant-o screens. I kinda think it's cool that Jason Batemen has been getting some exposure in his " old age " too. I think this may be only the 2nd Will Smith flick I've seen... the other being " Independence Day " of which was just too... ughhhhh for me.
